What are your suggestions for stopping the spread in both vaccinated and unvaccinated people ? In the state I live in (WA) we had quick hard lockdowns and used masks etc and had relative freedom in between lockdowns although we couldn't really travel.

Those measures are coming to an end and it does seem to be the unvaccinated who are dying of Delta more often than the vaccinated. How can more deaths be prevented ?

The spread of a highly contagious respiratory virus cannot be stopped, as the experience of highly-vaccinated populations including Iceland, Israel and the UK clearly shows (search my Substack for articles on these).

There is precisely zero evidence for the efficacy of lockdowns in reducing cases and deaths (again, search my archive or just read https://www.aier.org/article/lockdowns-do-not-control-the-coronavirus-the-evidence/).

Likewise, there is precisely zero evidence that masks do anything to stop the spread of the virus, either as source control or for prevention of infection (many references for this; see https://www.rcreader.com/commentary/masks-dont-work-covid-a-review-of-science-relevant-to-covide-19-social-policy for a good summary).

The unvaccinated are not dying of the Delta variant more often than the vaccinated, as the Public Health England data show in no uncertain terms (again, search my archive).

Lockdowns, mask mandates and vaccines are failed strategies. Countries must learn to live with SARS-CoV-2 as it inevitably transitions to an endemic virus, focusing maximum resources on protecting at-risk populations by screening for and correcting vitamin D deficiency and ensuring that all general practitioners are familiar with early treatment protocols to keep people out of hospital (see, for example, https://covid19criticalcare.com/covid-19-protocols/i-mask-plus-protocol/, https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/treatment-protocol/, https://www.skirsch.io/how-to-treat-covid/).
