I learned something (I'm more deaf than I thought), there I was searching on 'Newt' nasal dilators. Anyhow, I have ordered a 'Mute' trial pack, even though I breathe through my nose, though one nostril tends to be blocked . They also have a product called 'Turbine'. And I learned about oil pulling and will investigate water piks. Thanks :)
