I don't whether it's the last two years such that many of my previously 'firmly held' beliefs have now almost turned 189 degrees, but it seems to me that there are more and more stories or articles coming out that question the existence of viruses.
Or maybe it's that I just follow or stumble across more 'conspiracy theorists'.
I let my kids play outside in the direct, and I have fond memories of them sticking rocks in their mouths. That's just nature at work. Apparently when a baby is born naturally, he or she ingests a bit of poo on their way out.
Turns out that this is a good thing, and I believe that now babies born in a caesarian manner have a bit of mum's poo smeared on their lips.
I guess the only good thing about the 'measles vaccine' if that you can stand up and court and say that it prevents transmission (because that appears to be the consensus) unlike the latest mrna ones. Apologies for the waffle
I let my kids play in the dirt too (as well as climb trees, walk along fences, and all sorts of other activities that are now considered dangerous) and it didn't hurt them at all - they were very rarely ill.
And you are 100% correct about babies eating their mum's poop (as well as copious amounts of her vaginal bacteria) on their way through the birth canal. All those lovely juicy bugs form the starter culture for their gut microbiome. Nature is messy, but very wise.
I subscribe to A Midwestern Doctor too, and that was a damn fine post. Totally confirms my suspicions about doctors being unwilling/unable to recognise, let alone admit to, the harm that the medications and vaccines that they prescribe or administer are doing to their patients.
Re measles vaccine, there have been many documented cases of measles breaking out, and spreading through, 99%+ vaccinated populations, so even the measles vaccine can't be said to prevent transmission, in absolute terms.
Solar with battery backup is good: but a petrol generator is a wise choice too, because winter storm emergencies often happen in the darkest months when solar is almost totally useless.
Fortunately we live in the subtropics, so even in the winter, we get plenty of solar power generation. We're also getting batteries. But we will be getting a generator as well, just in case.
Great analysis Robyn. It confounds me that majority of people believe that vaccines for everything are the answer. I had a great conversation with a 90 yr old pharmacist 5 yrs back, who said no way would he take any of the drugs he prescribed. He always encouraged his customers to look at diet and exercise, and to not get hooked on drugs, vaccines. Let's hope the Indians follow their innate wisdom.
I mulled over this a bit more. The assertion that the body somehow acquires the ability to stave off certain cancers by virtue of having has childhood measles is truly astounding. Not that something that big Pharma or the medical establishment would like to admit though.
The alternative might be a bit of stretch I guess , that perhaps the measles vaccines contributes to these cancers ? I hope not but really knows?
The immune system's task is to distinguish self from non-self, and further, to distinguish harmless non-self from harmful non-self, and act accordingly. Dust mites and pollen are harmless non-self, so allergies to them are a sign of immune system malfunction. Cancer starts off as self but becomes non-self over the course of its development; the failure to recognise it is a sign of immune system malfunction (although that's not the only part of the cancer story).
Based on the research I've read, the main problem caused by vaccines against childhood infectious illnesses is that because they don't confer durable immunity, they push these diseases into older age groups in which serious complications are more likely. Mumps in a preschooler is not serious unless the child is already immunocompromised; mumps in a teenager or young man can cause sterility. Measles in a well-nourished, healthy 5 year old is a self-limiting illness; measles in either young babies or older children/teenagers is far more likely to cause serious complications and even death. In the pre-vaccine era, babies and very young children were protected against measles by maternal antibodies, passed through the placenta and subsequently through breast milk. They would typically be exposed to measles around the age of 5, when it was least harmful, and acquire lifelong immunity. Now we have babies and teenagers at risk of measles because the babies aren't getting antibodies from their mums (vaccinated women don't pass nearly the quantity of protective antibodies through the placenta or breast milk as naturally immune women), and the vaccine protection has worn off by the time kids hit their teens. It's a complete shitshow.
No, this is not their first rodeo. Now that you're far enough down the rabbit hole to handle the cognitive dissonance, I highly recommend reading Dissolving Illusions: Disease, Vaccines, and The Forgotten History, by Roman Bystrianyk and Suzanne Humphries MD. It will blow your mind.
And then you might like to delve into Bertrand Russell's 1953 book, The Impact of Science on Society. Here's a choice quote:
"It is to be expected that advances in physiology and psychology will give governments much more control over individual mentality than they now have even in totalitarian countries. Fichte laid it down that education should aim at destroying free will, so that, after pupils have left school, they shall be incapable, throughout the rest of their lives, of thinking or acting otherwise than as their schoolmasters would have wished. But in his day this was an unattainable ideal: what he regarded as the best system in existence produced Karl Marx. In future such failures are not likely to occur where there is dictatorship. Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible. Even if all are miserable, all will believe themselves happy, because the government will tell them that they are so." https://archive.org/details/TheImpactOfScienceOnSociety-B.Russell/mode/2up?q=injections
What we are going through now has been a long time in the planning, though few who are involved in carrying out the plans understand what they're facilitating.
I have dark days too, but when I hear from people like you who have broken through their professional conditioning, and regular people who never questioned the childhood vaccination program but now are starting to wonder whether all those 'regular' vaccines were what they were cracked up to be, I feel more hopeful. We're at a pivotal moment in history. There's still a good chance that this anti-life agenda will be turned around. We look back with horror on the Nazi racial hygiene programs, but at the time, eugenics was supported by all the 'smart' people in Western countries. Eugenics originated in Britain, and was adopted enthusiastically by the American intellectual 'elite', who provided moral and technical support for Hitler's murderous programs while Wall St bankers funded them (documented by Antony Sutton in his book Wall Street and the Rise of Hitler). In other words, the same money power that ushered in Nazism is behind what we're going through now. They were stared down once, and they can be stared down again. This time around, we need more than the show trials of Nuremburg.
Another great article.

Where am I going with this ? I read another substack by a Midwestern Doctor, https://amidwesterndoctor.substack.com/p/why-do-doctors-close-their-eyes-to?r=9wy0f&s=r&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&utm_source=direct who says that the healthiest oldies he encounters are the ones who don't take any medication. I think scientist try to be too clever sometimes and I agree that it's more about the money. I'd like to think that is all and not anything more nefarious, though I'm open to that.

Hi Robyn, just another quick thankyou for your articles. They are the most enjoyable read I get each week.
Thank you, you've made my day!
Praying that the power stays on and indoor plumbing continues working.
We're installing composting toilets and off-grid solar in our house, just in case.
Very wise, wish I could. My next property.

superb article, lots to chew over here!
Thanks for hanging in there to read it all - there's a lot of info crammed into one article :).
