I have read, at least in part, several of the resources you reference here and yet it still hasn't lost its shock value when hearing just how corrupt these organisations are. I have to admit that during my nursing career, I would have (and did) considered that organisations like the TGA, ATAGI and AHPRA operated with integrity in order to protect the public interest; how wrong I was. I am grateful that in a sea of individuals (making up these organisations and others) who are openly corrupt, willfully ignorant, or simply scared for their own skins, there are people like Peter Doshi, Maryanne Demasi, yourself, and others who are brave enough to speak up to expose just how catastrophic this situation has become.
Pharmaceutical industry money has bought off every one of consequence. Journals, the media, public health agencies, politicians, etc. We have the best government that money can buy. Thanks for the excellent article!
Upon the vaccine mandate rollout my employer asked if I trusted the TGA? And reframed to ‘You need to trust the TGA’. Back then I had little trust in them, recalled drugs were one of the reasons - now I view them with ‘negative efficacy’…. Show us the receipts and we will have a pretty good idea of whether or not we can or can’t trust these ‘corporations’.

My wife is a wonderfully passionate, devoted midwife who is in the profession for the right reasons as opposed to many of the ladder climbers that care little for the actual people. Alas, she has now been on the sidelines without pay and even denied her rightful annual leave that she has accrued with the threat of ‘disciplinary action’ supposedly hanging over her head for ‘disobeying a lawful and reasonable health directive’. This has caused her untold mental anguish and pain.
I don’t know how we overcome this institutional evil as they seem to bring to try and close every loophole possible and AHPRA, ATAGI and the TGA have unchecked power as you and Maryanne Demasi etc have documented. I can only hope we find a way out before the damage toll is much higher 🙏
