The WHO is engaging in performative theatre, they don't actually need our permission when we have already agreed to be bound via our "legally committed" voluntary engagement

Yup. I think you are wrong. One Government signs something, NOT a Treaty, an Agreement, so the next Government of the REAL people can knock it down. And we will.
I TRIED to PAY / DONATE to get an online ticket. I am in Canada, and we are under the SAME threat (small populations are targeted) and I want to attend this. BUT. Your website is not making payment happen! Please fix that ASAP.
