I saw it minutes after Steve posted it. It'll be very interesting to see what happens next. Probably nothing at all, but you never know, the narrative just keeps on crumbling, day after day.
I rang them and happened to mention the word fraud. Special circumstances were invoked to enable a refund.......same place invoking vaccination status previously as I discovered later. Funny little word ATM
