Hi Robyn, I think the only people listening to anyone about anything Covid and vaccine related issues now are the 'converted' unfortunately. My perception is that all the normies who have not been personally affected by any vaccine of any type are near impossible to engage. (even Bobby kennedy seems to have indifference from his own family !! )
I think a new way forward for health may get more attention as there do seem to be a fair few normies very frustrated with the current system which mostly ignores underlying causes and very profitably treats symptoms.
The Bredesen protocol for Alzheimers is a revolution compared to anything else on offer and is a great example of personalised medicine combining lifestyle medicine, functional medicine, plant based medicine, some of the better parts of allopathic medicine such as the diagnostic tools like imaging, pathology tests, and occasionally a few drugs in a crisis. and is using AI or algorithms to create a report of incredible depth and granularity, prescribe a treatment, downplaying the role of the doctor and making the role of health coaches of critical importance.
Given the results Bredesen is getting with Alzheimers and some other functional medicine type practitioners are getting with reversing or greatly improving autism and auto-immune diseases , often starting with things like gut microbiome status, I think promoting an event focused on things like autism improvement, reducing spike protein inflammation, myocarditis treatments autoimmune disease resolution etc would get attention and indirectly make people question vaccines, given the impossible to ignore correlation between the massive in increase in vaccines' use and autism and autoimmune diseases. Don't even mention vaccines. Can't be accused of being anti vaxxer if we don't mention them but people can join the dots themselves. What's done is done anyway and there are a lot of people needing help. These topics will get attention and attract 'normies' desperate for answers. cheers, JB
I think there are studies showing alzheimers is more prevalent in areas that fluoridate water, as well as increases in many of the other adult diseases. Apologies for harping on about Fluoride......
No apologies necessary! It's an extraordinarily toxic substance (at least in the form that's added to water) and deserves much more attention as a potential cause of illness than it's currently getting.
I fully agree with Red Pill about avoiding mentioning vaccines directly, for the reasons stated. Decades of propaganda have completely brainwashed most people, to the extent that even if they or a family member have suffered an adverse event, they refuse to believe a vaccine could be the cause.
This was clearly demonstrated during the Covid jab rollout - and of course, 'confirmed' by the medical establishment who refused to acknowledge any link to the shots.
Sadly that's true; I've spoken to several people recently who have lost a close friend or family member in ways that are highly unexpected given their age/health status, but none of them had wondered whether it might have been the COVID shot.
On the other hand, I've observed a substantial rise in the number of people open to reconsidering the childhood (and other) vaccines, and looking for information to help them decide.
I really like this suggestion. One of the things I hear most often from people now is "I wouldn't go to see a doctor unless I broke my leg/severed my arm/accidentally swallowed Drano, and even then I'd be reluctant." Learning how to care for own health is incredibly important.
I'm not sure if the medical schools have improved at all in terms of nutrition studies, but I remember Rosemary Stanton saying, many years ago, that 1 hour was all that most medical students got.
All nutrition issues are now tainted by lack of honest labelling including GMO's and of course use of mRNA in livestock, etc. The recent evidence from pathologist Dr Morz as reported by Drs Bhakdi and Palmer regarding multiple clotting in different parts of the body of autopised deceased in Germany needs the loud ringing of bells among any and all fora where the integirty of the human genome has any relevance
It's of paramount importance now for people to get to know food producers in their local area, whether that be through farmers' markets or forming co-ops that buy direct from farmers and growers.
As a small scale producer at our community garden in the midst of suburban normiedom of south west Sydney we are slowly seeing a few people (including mask wearers!) coming out to volunteer in the community garden to exchange their labour for food. Ironically, our surplus of Kent pumpkins still sit on our deck waiting for homes as the surrounding schools bury their kids in IT/AI 'learning' and keep them away from the fresh air and the programs on offer. The determination of the masses to remain 'safe' and free of dangerous influences like... oh worms, micro-organisms, 'dirt' and other threatening environments, may be the endpoint of so called civilisation. In the middle class areas by comparison, permaculture and other groups are expanding rapidly. It seems that despite the middle classes being numerous among the so-called 'normies' there are those who may in fact be 'permies'. So my point is that anyone who can, should become food producers; but to your point Robyn, part of that, is indeed getting to know those who are producing already.
Community gardens are absolutely marvellous. They're a crucial part of the 'rewilding' of humans that needs to take place if we are to have any hope of pulling out of this cultural death-spiral. I'm definitely a fan of home food production; even a person living in a tiny unit can grow microgreens, mushrooms and culinary herbs, or put a Mr Stacky or VegePod on their balcony and produce all sorts of goodies.
For years I have been reading all ingredient list of product I am buying (all food, cosmetics and cleaning), it is getting more sneaky, and harder to avoid harmful chemicals.
But now with mrna vacciness in meat, pesticides, GMO and other chemicals in produce, meat a dairy how can one eat healthy ? I would like to open this topic as well and look for alternatives.
I would love to be there, do not travel much these days.
I Think it would be great to have some positive and actionable methods and knowledge of nutrition and valuable inputs on different age groups, and to further educate our minds, more in the positives and avoiding myths and old stories
There has been so much and still so much negativity, and good helping of self help and guidance for us to take control of our health and build networks of like minded people, is a great step in recovery and positive management.
Awesome that you are prepared to put this on, thanks Robyn:
Thanks for these helpful suggestions. I was actually considering doing a seminar focused on nutrition and health for over-50s, but wasn't sure whether there would be sufficient interest.
I thank you Robyn, I think any positive and constructive themes and tools to go looking ourselves, would be great, we need to learn how to access research and self motivation,
Instead of relying on others to do it for us, your efforts and abilities are very much appreciated,
we now must start to carry our own weight, not as a criticism, but a positive attitude,,encouraging, value added language, I get sick of " we have to wake the steeple up"
type of language, because it is divisive, negative, it's confirming the negative and doing exactly the opposite, making we the people to take the blame, isn't that one of the principal mantras of
the world machine, divide and confuse, conflict and deny, this how oppression works , by convincing us of our unworthiness and its " your " fault, enough of that, we have to build trust in each other, because in the end that's what we are, each other, it's worked for thousands of years,
we are being made to forget who we are, much respect to you .
Yes, we need to take back our power and stop falling for the divide and conquer strategies that make us forget our common humanity, and waste our energy on infighting.
Hi Robyn, can you do a deeper dive into Fluoride and water fluoridation at some stage? Your previous article was good, but this issue deserves more. Fluoride causes so much harm to bones, tissues and organs as well as lowering IQ. I've noticed few people really understand that a cumulative deadly poison is being drip-fed to them every day. How can anyone know what's causing their health issues while they are being slowly poisoned to death? If anyone thinks fluoride helps their teeth (no studies have ever shown this to be true) then brush with a fluoride toothpaste. How can gubment legally 'medicate' the masses, how is dosage controlled? The fluoride issue needs your writing skills, it's way past time this archaic and sadistic process was stopped. Dumping toxic waste into our water, seems a worse situation than covid, at least the boostas aren't mandatory. I do believe there are many studies out there giving evidence to a vast array of harms from fluoride. The doco I sent you touches on the issues but lacks in some areas. PS, I agree with Red Pill Aussie below, people seem to be suffering covid-fatigue and turn off at the mere mention of it these days.
Nutrition for healthy ageing, including foods that are bona fide untainted with mRNA, GMO etc.
Immune building strategies so as maintain ones health naturally, retain integrity with the human genome in an environment increasingly polluted with chemicals. Thereby avoiding medical interference in our innate individual DNA.
Excellent to hear this Robyn. Having experienced this personally and being mindful of the 'shifts' occurring I think there is opportunity to rethink the ageing process - diet, eating seasonal foods, digestion, prevention plus exercise like QiGong, Yoga, etc.
Good supplements as well as doctors who are not controlled by Big Pharma and the natural approach to Healthy way to treat the human body, Functional Doctors, Naturopathic Doctors etc
Good luck finding non-controlled doctors; most of the good ones that I know have left the profession because they cannot work in this broken system anymore.
I see a strong interest in how to treat one's own illnesses coming through in the comments.
You could do with a good dose of mid-winter sunshine, I'm sure... not to mention a break from the woke suffocation. I'm glad I saw some of the scenic beauty of Victoria before covidiacy struck.
For sure Robyn. We have relatives living in the Fraser Coast and we are planning a visit. We are also seriously considering moving to happier pastures, wherever that may be. Things are not good down south, especially financially.
I'd love to have you on board as a supporting subscriber, thank you!!! It's US$5 per month or $50 per year, or $80 if you wish to become a founding member.
The bigger questions regarding many (or all) of the subjects I've perused that you write about (and others), I don't see asked or addressed in anyway or anywhere (save one or two places I'm acquainted with).
These questions are not about 'Why aren't they telling the truth?' etc., etc., but more like;
"Why don't most adults want to take responsibility for their own health and lives?",
"Why don't most people want to know the truth about what they've been told or the truth about how they are living their lives, the choices they make?",
"Why don't people want to think for themselves?",
"How can these attitudes be changed?",
"What really, truly motivates a person (especially one in a position of authority) to Acquiesce, to slant information or to present it falsely?"
Real societal change only comes when beliefs and attitudes are changed.
Society is made up of individuals - individuals only really change when their hearts change. When that happens their minds and actions follow.
Real change doesn't come about by nagging, beating people with facts or attacking those in the wrong. None of that ever led to lasting change in myself. You may succeed in a temporary change in behaviour motivated by person gain (even if only feeling less guilty) using these methods, but REAL permanent change only happens when a person's heart changes.
Why have our individual and collective hearts become damaged and hardened that drives and motivates the poor choices that result in poor health, lifestyle, the giving away of responsibility, the will to question etc., etc.?
These are important questions, and I've grappled with them since I started my practice in 1995. Why don't people who are suffering due to their own actions (or inactions), change their behaviour? That's the question that drove me back to school to study counselling, but although I learned a bunch of useful techniques there, no one had an answer to the 'why' question.
I've read a zillion different books on human psychology and behaviour, but the school of thought that I believe provides the best answer to the 'why' question is evolutionary psychology. In a nutshell, EP proposes that our neural circuitry is geared toward making us behave in ways that maximise gene survival, and was shaped by our evolutionary environment (living in small, closely-related bands of people below the Dunbar number). Combine this with personality psychology, and you end up with a pretty robust explanation for why the vast majority of people went along with the scamdemic, even if they had an inkling that it wasn't all above board.
Robyn from my own personal experience and that of others I know personally, the answer to the 'why' question primarily lies in the repression and suppression of childhood trauma.
It is the suppression, the avoidance of these pains, fears and anger within us that drives addiction - to substances, relationships and experiences - and most of our health issues (see Gabor Mate & others).
We (as individuals and collectively) all carry various levels of trauma from various events (single and multiple) and ages of occurrence. But, very few make the choice to question, "Why do I respond / react the way I do in these circumstances?" and want to discover what really drives us. We spend a great deal of time and energy (and money) to avoid our hidden pain and sadness that drive our fears and anger. When someone chooses to stop avoiding these things and allow whatever emotional response to flow (in a healthy way), healing begins.
Even partial healing brings about changes to automatic responses and physical and psychological health. I speak from personal experience in a number of areas in my life - all without affirmations, meditations or other tools.
The things I've unearthed about myself, I had no idea they were there and how much my actions, inactions and reactions were driven by them. I now have many, many answers and a significantly different view of myself, the world and relationships.
All of those things are vastly improved and noticed by those around me.
And as a result, I am also much more intuitive, in touch with the people and the world around me and take much more person responsibility for myself and my health. I am happier and more 'Me' than I ever have been.
I've heard some interviews with Gabor Mate and while he has some valuable perspectives, I think he overstates the role of trauma and underestimates the role that personality plays in the response to trauma. People respond to similar life events in vastly different ways; all you have to do to confirm this is to look at sibling who were raised by abusive parents. One grows up to be an abuser him/herself; the other takes the opposite path. Same thing in military veterans who've experienced the same horrors. I'm all for owning one's traumatic experiences and working on dysfunctional behaviours that emerged from them, but I don't think that unresolved trauma is the determining factor in people's response to the type of abusive behaviour we've all been subjected to during the manufactured covid 'crisis'.
I would say that people who were willing to stand up against covidiacy tend to be characterised by being self-reflective and having a strong inner orientation to seek the truth, but again, there's a huge contribution made by personality variability to this.
Hi Robyn, I think the only people listening to anyone about anything Covid and vaccine related issues now are the 'converted' unfortunately. Interested in how to detox quicker from oxalates that are depositing in tissues and joints. 🙏
Thank you for all your wonderful work Robyn 🙏
I'm interested in oxalates and their impact on health
Nutrition in 6 years of medical studies is a 1 hour session an intern informed me.
Hippocrates:' food is medicine and medicine is food'
Digestive enzymes are an important study

I don't think most Australians realise how few countries fluoridate their water. It's a monumental con.
New topic: Cancer. Prevention; treatment. Alternatives to chemo and radiation. The dangers of Aromatase inhibitors for breast cancer survivors.
Than you, good suggestions.

Your seminar no doubt will be of a high stand, informative and engaging. We are in Danistan and won’t make it to sunny QLD.

I live in the Fraser Coast area. It's a great place to be if you want to get affordable land and go off-grid.
How much to upgrade? So I know how much to put on my card Thanks.
