I’m considering using DMSO with Magnesium oil to help alleviate my Dupuytrens contracture in both little fingers. Several needle procedures and one xiaflex injection worked for a short time, then the contracture came back worse. Your thoughts about this or any other treatments would be welcome. I’ve also read that castor oil penetrates deeply so am considering that as well.

Somewhere along the line, I read that there were anecdotal reports of miraculous pain relief and healing among the men working in the early paper mills that were regularly exposed to DMSO. A curious thing was that they might have things heal in their left arm (or even other, more distant, parts of their body) when it was their right arm continuously exposed.
