Thanks so much for this insightful analysis Robyn. Drs are prescribing it without knowing or acknowledging the risks, long-term side effects. People too are lazy and do not ask critical questions it seems. Nor do they eat healthy or exercise.
I was prescribed Ozempic for Diabetes Type 2. Over a period of time I slowly lost my sight until realising that I was going blind and the last medication I was taking was Ozempic, I stopped injecting it and over several years my sight returned fully. I have heard of instances where people went totally blind without warning and they never recovered their sight, while using Ozempic.
My friend and companion was given Ozempic for weight issues and she lost a good amount of weight, down to a plateau beyond which she could reduce no further. Ozempic is a temporary medication and after 6 months she came off it. Very quickly she got back all of the weight she had lost and more besides, so that now she is ever heavier than she was before - but now she has given up and does not try to manage her excessive weight anymore.
For my money, Ozempic was a disaster for both of us.

The clinical trials used to license these drugs cut off at just over a year, which is when the plateau tends to be reached. After that, weight loss grinds to a halt BUT if the drug is stopped, all the weight comes back on... and then some. And because so much of the lost weight is muscle mass, it's much harder to lose weight again after you've been on a GLP-1 RA.
This poison, falsely called a wonder drug is totally bad as this post shows! I've seen scientific proof it makes patients lose weight because it dissolves their heavy bones and destroys their digestive systems. Some are paying more than $1k USD per month to destroy themselves with this garbage. I find it very annoying that "Drs" are prescribing this garbage when those without MDs already know it is no good.
Just like the convid injections: doctors were (and most still are) convinced they were the best thing since sliced bread, while plumbers and corner shop owners rapidly figured out they were dangerous and ineffective.

Thumb through the pages of history and you'll quickly discover that human beings have been persuaded to believe a whole lot of really crazy stuff!!!!!
