I subscribe to SourceBottle, a site which publishes ‘callouts’ in which journalists, bloggers, podcasters and PR agencies seek input for pieces they’re working on. And boy, have they been giddy with excitement about pushing the official COVID narrative, throughout the entire manufactured crisis.
Here are some gems from the past few months.
Promoting fear-porn on child COVID:
Providing a convenient cover-story for injection-induced cardiac arrest (while pushing a sponsor’s product):
Spruiking not just COVID shots but flu shots (two for the price of one!):
And here’s one that caught my eye this morning:
Yes, folks, rather than harnessing the expertise of psychologists to help parents combat the hysteria engendered in adolescents by two+ years of relentless fear porn and social engineering (“Wearing is caring!”), a “national parenting website” wants psychologists to help it weave a narrative that wearing a dirty piece of cloth over your face despite there being precisely zero scientific evidence that it protects either the wearer or those around them “helps teens cope with anxiety”. You mean, the anxiety that media outlets like theirs have so enthusiastically contributed to?
Adolescents don’t need talismans to help them cope with anxiety. They need competent, honest adults to tell them the truth and help them develop strategies to see through, and psychologically immunise themselves against, the relentless flood of propaganda flowing out of the broken sewer pipe that is the legacy media and its fellow social media sewer rats.
If you have an older child or teen, please share this post with them to help them understand how the media environment is shaped by the narrative-crafters.
Update:
El Gato Malo has published a stellar post on mask addiction and how we can help people break the habit:
I thought the masks were proven to be 20% to 30% effective. And the N95 and KN95 masks even much more so? Are you saying there is no evidence to support this?
This is outrageous, rushed through only because current majority government knows it’s days are numbered.
